The small team of staff at QPPD works under the direction of the Director who reports directly to the Board of Management.

Governance Information

QPPD is an incorporated association. Members of the association form a board of management which is elected at the Annual General Meeting.Any full, life or honorary member of QPPD may be nominated to serve on the board.

The board’s role is to oversee the governance of the organisation. Together with staff and members, the board sets the strategic direction and priorities for advocacy efforts while upholding the mission and values of the organisation.

The board has developed a set of governance documents to guide and direct the organisation.
